Lodging |
|
Simple living is practiced and encouraged at
Sinh Thuc Meditation Center. Three types of lodging are
available: Single & Double Occupancy bedrooms, Dormitory style bedrooms and Outdoor
camping.
|
|
Single & Double Occupancy Bedrooms - There are only two
bedrooms and a loft that are available for single or double occupancy.
Both have accessed to a shared full bath restroom, a small
kitchen, and a common area.
The log cabin is currently under construction and anticipate to
be available in late April 2008. |

|
Dormitory Style Bedrooms -
The dormitory style bedrooms are located in the Transformation
hall.
Male and female participants will be assigned separate sleeping
bedrooms. Bedrooms are furnished with bunk beds and shared full
bathroom. We request and appreciate if the younger
participants would occupy the upper bunk beds to allow the older
participants to take the lower bunk beds. Each bed will be
provided with a pillow, a pillow case and a bed sheet. Due to
limited spaces available for luggage in the room, participants
are encouraged to bring only the essential items. Please do not bring any valuable items. We are not responsible
for any personal items that are lost or missing. In
addition, please do not bring any electronics to the Center such
as radio, CD player, MP3 player, Game boy, etc. |
 |
|
Outdoor Camping - Several camp sites are available on the
Center ground. They are nicely situated in the woods
within minutes walking distance from the main house for ease of
access to the restrooms. Electricity may also be made available at
the camp site by request. |

buffet style on each
full day of activity. To support the meditation practice,
most meals are
eat in silence; and participants are asked to wash their own
dish and utensils after each meal . Fruits, drinking water,
and hot tea are available
