English Meditation Class II - The Art of Mindful Living
Most of us are well.  We have comfortable lives, good jobs, and great health.  However, often our lifes are not joyful.  We cannot seem to find the wonder and excitement in every day life.  Some of us even struggle in dealing with the daily ups and downs of life.  Living in the Washington D.C.
