the pickled mustard greens. Cut them into long thin pieces. Heat the frying pan until
white smoke appears, add oil, garlic and fry until fragrant. Next,
add the pickled mustard greens and continue to fry for
another 2-3 minutes. Last, pour in the soy sauce and egg, mix well and cook until egg set.
It is ready to be served.
